Nowadays, there is nothing sweeter (or more rare) than getting mail, you know the kind that the post-man delivers to your mailbox. It has been so fun this holiday season getting all kinds of pretty envelopes from loved ones addressed to: Mr. & Mrs. Alex Norton (it makes me giddy!!).

There is only one small problem with getting all these lovely little treasures -- we have no room to display them in our tiny abode.
So... I came up with this simple solution, and I love it!
I simply taped a ribbon to either side of our table, which is pretending it is a mantle this Christmas, and rested the holiday card on the ribbon. I even curled the ends of the ribbon to dress it up a little! :)
