Vegas, Baby!

It is SPRING BREAK
and we are heading to Vegas!

Not exactly the place I ever imagined I would travel to,
much less, be excited about.
But hey, no complaints here.

I am really not a usual Spring Break-er.
In fact, I often prefer staying home {or going home when I was in college}
and catching up on sleep and time with family.

This year, however, Alex is speaking at a conference in Vegas
and it just so happens to be during my Spring Break.
So, I am coming along for the ride.

We are staying at
Planet Hollywood on the Strip.

And are going to see the

Blue Man Group {Red Poncho Section}

Tuesday night at the Venetian.

We are so excited to see these guys

but just the mention of their name, Blue Man Group,

automatically makes me think of Tobias from Arrested Development - love that show!

Thursday night we are going to see Cirque de Soleil's Ka
at MGM Grand.

I know Al will have to work while we are there,
so, I am bringing books and magazines to read,
simple crafts to make,
and lots of zzzzzzzzzzzzz's to catch up on.

I really do hope you have a wonderful Spring Break,
even if you are not a teacher/student.
