Currently Coveting: 31 Bits

Thanks to Chassity,
I just discovered 31 Bits
and am now totally obsessed with and
therefore, currently coveting their entire collection.

As their website points out,
31 Bits is "fashion for good."
They partner with women in northern Uganda to create
beautiful paper beaded jewelry in order to give them access
to a multitude of opportunities which enables them to counter poverty.

You can read more about how it all began here,
but the grassroots company started humbly and, honestly,
 with one person's heart responding to the needs and opportunity God set before her.
I love, and fully support, their values as listed on their website:

Values

Love, because love stems from Christ and is a catalyst for positive change.
Equality, because equality promotes dignity, respect, and self-worth for all people.
Hope, because hope is the belief that something good can and will happen.
Honesty, because honesty demonstrates integrity and
ensures trust and transparency with all participants.

There is so much goodness to read on their website
that I encourage you to take a look for yourself.

I definitely want to order at least one of the following coveted necklaces:

Tangle
Tangle {$44}

Happy Night
Happy Night {$40}

Sunday Frill
Sunday Frill {$52}
