Words of Wisdom
I just came across this beautiful passage full of wise words on Rockstar Diaries.
Just had to share.
INTERRUPTIONS
When you are exasperated by interruptions, try to remember that their very
frequency may indicate the value of your life. Only people who are full
of help and strength are burdened by other persons' needs. The
interruptions which we chafe at are the credentials of our
indispensability. The greatest condemnation that anybody could incur -
and it is a danger to guard against - is to be so independent, so
unhelpful, that nobody ever interrupts us, and we are left comfortably alone.

Words of Wisdom.

This needs to me my mantra this year.
I am in constant need of a reminder,
that while I can accomplish much,
it is nearly impossible to accomplish much quality
when I try to accomplish everything!
Saying "yes" has always been a struggle of mine.
I believe it is deep-rooted in a fear of disappointing others
but I have come to the realization that people-pleasing is not why God put me on this earth.
If I am going to do anything worthwhile,
I might just have to learn to say "no".
{Easy to write. Hard to do.}

Words of Wisdom.
I know I am posting a lot of Words of Wisdom's lately
but I have been needing some wise words.
I hope they have been a source of encouragement to you as well.
These words are especially encouraging to me today.

Thank you to those that have been praying.
I feel God's presence in this storm
and that has been the biggest source of encouragement
a girl could ask for.

Words of Wisdom.

I fear I may have blogged this before
but this verse from Isaiah is so darn encouraging --
clinging to His Truth and His promises today.

Words of Wisdom: E.E. Cummings
Dear Hubby,
I miss you.
This poem has meant a lot to us both throughout our relationship.
I just want to remind you that
I am carrying your heart in mine while I am away.
I love you forever & always,
Tay
i carry your heart with me
(i carry it in my heart)
i am never without it
(anywhere
i go you go,my dear;
and whatever is done by only me is your doing,my darling)
i fear no fate
(for you are my fate,my sweet)
i want no world
(for beautiful you are my world,my true)
and it's you are whatever a moon has always meant
and whatever a sun will always sing is you
here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root
and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;
which grows h
igher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart
i carry your heart
(i carry it in my heart)

Words of Wisdom.

Isn't this graphic organizer great!?
It is my belief that God give us the desires of our hearts
and he fully equips us to get to that middle section: "HOORAY!"
I feel so blessed to be an art teacher,
which I believe with all my heart God has called me to be.
Thank you God for calling me.
Thank you God for placing me.
Thank you God for equipping me.
It is all for your glory.
