On a rare lazy Saturday, Al and I chose to spend our afternoon exercising our creative juices. He has been wanting to learn how to watercolor for a while, so I showed him the limited skill set I posess. While waiting for the paint to dry I started making fabric flowers -- my new obsession!!

You know a lot more than me. I'm teaching my art class kids how to add texture to their watercolor paintings on Tuesday but I'm going to have to do quite a bit of research before than to look like I know what I'm doing. I love the fabric flowers too. I have a friend that makes good money making those and putting them on headbands, pins, etc.
