Prayer Request

I always knew that with teaching high school 

there would come a higher risk for this. 

I just didn't expect it to be so soon.

I didn't expect it to be one of my students.

I didn't expect it to be him. 

Unfortunately, yesterday it happened. 

One of my students died in a car accident.

Another is in critical condition.

Please pray for these families.

Please pray for their peers.

Please pray for the boy in critical condition 

{he was driving and it is his best friend that died}.

Please pray for the teachers, counselors, and administrators at our school --

that we may provide comfort to those in need as we continue to grieve ourselves.

Please keep this whole situation in your prayers.

Prayer for the South.

My prayers are lifted up for the families

who have lost their homes, businesses

and most importantly loved ones

due to the recent tornadoes

and flooding throughout the south.

Dear Prayer Warriors,

We received unfortunate news this week.

Late Wednesday night/early Thursday morning

Alex's cousin, Fred, died.

We do not know all the details, 

but we know he went to the hospital Wednesday night

because he was suffering from heart pain.

He was scheduled to have surgery Thursday but shockingly passed away before surgery. 

Please pray for those affected by this loss.

Fred was an amazing man and touched a lot of hearts. 

He made everyone around him smile and definitely brought joy to Alex's and my life.

Please pray specifically for his wife, Margie,

and their children and grandchildren,

to feel the peace of God during this hard time.
