New Years Resolutions


This year, I will incorporate more protein into my diet.






This year, I will run a mini-marathon.
Hopefully my fastest yet, but I hate the pressure,
so finishing strong is a good enough goal for me.





This year, I will not let all the healthy food in my fridge wilt and decay.
(We got a meal planning note pad that will help us focus on what to eat when,
this year we are going to use it.)






This year, I will do a better job of remembering birthdays.





This year, I will floss my teeth every day.







This year, I will stress less and trust God more.
