Diet Disasters

Remember when I decided to stop eating gluten?
Well, it seemed to make a difference for a week or two
and then my stomach issues continued despite 
a diet free of wheat and its byproducts.
So, now on to Phase II of trying to determine 
what the heck is causing my tummy troubles.

While I have been extremely happy to eat bread again,
I have to say Phase II is going to bum me out more than Phase I.

Dairy free substitutes

I live for cheese & butter.

This is going to be tough, 
so if you have any secrets or have a lactose intolerance yourself,
please, I beg you, do not withhold your tips & tricks.

my cousin and my brother-in-law (him supposedly only because he never went to get it diagnosed), but they love almond milk and rice milk!!!!
buying those lactaid things and popping one before you eat dairy really helps!!!!
i think i have a mild cheese intolerance- doesn't sit well with my tummy LOL- which all has to do with cultures and if it's pasteurized......

The new lactose free yogurt is really good!
