Sometimes, I forget this simple truth.
I believe I will make this my new years resolution.
We are all unkind at times, and yet God's love perseveres.
I am asking the Lord to change my heart to be more compassionate
and full of love and kindness towards those that are hard to love and can be very unkind.
Thank you to all of you who have surely extended grace to me
by being kind when I have been unkind at times.
Thanks be to God for loving us despite the messiness of our hearts and lives.

I just love this thought. Practicing kindness in spite of personality is a gift that is not easy to perfect, however; the rewards are amazing and beautiful. ~
