After completing their first collage of this unit,
my Art 1 students studied this artist and his ability to communicate ideas through collage.
In small groups of three, students were assigned a question
central to our curriculum and were asked to communicate the answer
through the visual medium of collage.
They continued to focus on creating UNIFIED compositions,
and took a closer look at using TEXTURE in their collages.
