We will be attending a very abbreviated seder at my Mimi's house tonight.

Celebrating Pesach

Last night, my family and I gathered

to celebrate the beautiful Jewish Passover holiday.

It was a great way to end the week

filled with love, laughter, and some Hebrew.

Oh yeah, and it is FINALLY Spring Break!

Passover

In honor of the first night of Passover.

As most of you know,

I was born and raised Jewish.

{I even had my Bat Mitzvah at the age of thirteen.}

I converted to Christianity at the age of fifteen

but the majority of my family,

{everyone but my mother}, 

remains Jewish.

Tonight is the first night of Passover

and we are going to a family Seder.

I always look forward to Passover,

not only to be with my family, 

but to partake in a Jewish holiday that beautifully points to Christ alone.
